1, How much does shipping cost?
RunningMars offers free Standard Shipping on all US orders. Standard Shipping takes 7 - 10 days to be delivered, after your order is processed.
2, When will my order be shipped?
The RunningMars team offers a fast processing time for all orders. A large selection of our pieces will be shipped within 48 hours of your order. Custom orders will take 5 - 15 business days to process. Each product page offers you details about how long it will take that item to be processed. Yes, we offer many options to upgrade your shipping to receive your order faster. At check-out choose the delivery option you would prefer .
7, Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! If you’d like to cancel or edit the shipping address on your order, please email us at runningmarsservice@hotmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to meet requests. Our customer experience team is available M-Th 9a-5p EST & Friday from 9a-3p EST and requests made outside of business hours are not guaranteed.
While we are unable to modify the contents of orders, we are happy to assist with the return or exchange of any eligible items once you have received your order.
